Interprogetti Genova has been dealing with the design of new builds and conversions of a wide range of ships such as self-discharging bulk carriers, floating transhipment terminals, livestock carriers, tugs, oil & chemical tankers, ro-ro cargo, ro-ro pax, passenger ships, yachts, barges, offshore units, etc.
Strengthened by the experience of three different generations of ship surveyors and thanks to the availability of a permanent stuff with specific knowledge in structural analysis, ship design, dynamin analysis etc. and capable of carrying out accurate investigations to assess the cause of damage, the mechanism of failures etc.
With the staff of skilled surveyors, the majority of which based in the Far East area and managed by our branch office in Singapore, we have been providing supervision activities during the construction of new builds and the large conversion works all over the world.
Despite its little size, Interprogetti Genova has been always dealing with research works with the aim of conceiving products of interest for the reference markets and taking care to characterize the conceived devices with “effectiveness factor” (“EF”) higher than 1 as much a s possible, being EF defined as follows: effectiveness factor = EF = improvement factor / cost factor
